Scope
Each request is reviewed before acceptance. Scope, price, delivery time and permitted use are confirmed before work begins.
Nature of the service
Norquantia Flow provides structured invoice risk and compliance decision-support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, filing or regulatory advice.
Customer responsibility
The submitting professional or business remains responsible for the final accounting, tax, legal and compliance decision.
Unsupported cases
Cases outside supported countries, transaction types, document quality or the current beta scope may be declined.
Pricing and payment
Published prices are indicative, may exclude applicable VAT/IVA and are confirmed before payment.
Confidentiality and data
The parties will protect non-public information. The customer may only submit data it is authorised to share.
Intellectual property
Methods, templates, assessment logic and platform components remain the property of Norquantia. The customer receives a limited right to use the delivered report.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct foreseeable loss and no more than the amount paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
Subject to mandatory rules, Spanish law applies.
